Buckingham is an upgraded palace on Pukru Island on the Emerald Ocean.
The original fort was finished building in early August, 2006, under The Eye. Formerly known as, Pukru in The Eye, the palace finished as an upgraded palace in late September, 2006. Pukru in The Eye was the first player-owned building on the Hunter Ocean. This building was formerly owned by Kenchio, and was later owned by Skopjeskull.
