History

Plank Tarts was founded in July 2006 on the Midnight Ocean as a dream of the crew's captain Yoanne as she decided to strike out on her own for an adventure of fame and fortune. It was joined in August 2006 by the merging of the crew First Class Pirates.

The flag was later merged with Orion's Blade in 2007 as a means of attempting to increase the fame of Cold Steel. This merger ceased in 2008 with the creation of the crew Chimaera. Additionally, a new crew Pirates of the Winds was created as new Plank Tarts members moved out on their own. Pirates of the Winds re-merged with Plank Tarts in 2009.

In 2007 Yoanne entered into semi-retirement and Luckyshot became captain of Plank Tarts, a position he has held ever since.

Rules of the Crew

1. Ask permission to board any ships that are at sea.

2. Don't leave in battle. Your pay will be docked.

3. Ask for help on things you don't know. Your officers are here to help you learn and grow!

4. Go register at www.coldsteelpirates.org. Keep up to date with your crew and flag mates!

5. Planking Policy: You get warned twice, then planked. The officer in charge has discretion when it comes to letting you back on the ship. If you are profane or abusive, you will be planked with no warning.

Reasons why you might be planked:

1. Refusing or being excessively slow to take a station.

2. Flat lining in Swordfight

3. Spamming

4. Excessively asking the same question(s).

Note: Officers have discretion in making exceptions to these rules.
