Phals is a crew that sailed the Sage and Viridian oceans. The crew flew the flag of Superbus Haliaetos on the Sage Ocean and the flag of Scuppering Seven Seas on the Viridian Ocean.
History
Phals was originally founded on the Viridian Ocean but moved to the Sage Ocean upon its opening where Squall founded phals in August 2005. It was renamed on Sage from the initial all lowercase spelling to it's current spelling in early 2006.
The crew quickly founded the flag Muro Ami.
Public Statement
Across the moonlit ocean, a fleet of ships sails. Timbers creaking, waves lapping against the ghostly hulls. The crew silently waiting. Where be they going? What be their goals? Only time will tell,and when that times comes, pray that we are not sailing towards ye.

Promotion Requirements
Cabin Person: Ask any Officer.
Pirate : Respected standing in the 3 duty puzzles (Bilge, Carp & Sail). Distinquisted in gunning.
Officer : Must have earned the respect of the crew. Must have MASTER standing in battle navigation.
Fleet Officer : Must have earned the trust of the officers by hosting successful pillages and being reliable.
Senior Officer : Must have the trust of the majority of the SO's.
