~Cabin Person- No one will be shamed with this rank!
~Pirate- Everyone starts atleast at this rank
~Officer- To get this rank you need to get atleast broad experience in sails/rigging, carp/patching, bilging, gunning and narrow bnav. if you have a ship you can become an officer without this. (all new officers can be given training on pillaging if they ask Hardrockjoe or any senior officer)
~Fleet Officer- Show that you are trustworthy and run pillages often (and well) to gain this rank.
~Senior Officer- SOs are picked by Joe when he trusts them enough, don't expect to get this rank in a week.
This is a pillaging crew, dont expect to get promotions for good poker paying!
