Crew Policies
Treat EVERYONE in the crew with respect,noone in the crew is worth more than another. So the captain and the jobbers are equal. xD
It is concidered polite to ask PTB before boarding,some people do not want more crew mates on the ship and this is to be respected.
Ranks and Promotions
Below are the requirements for promotion in POEtry in Motion,you may not recive a promotion even if you meet the requirements,if you get declined a promotion then accept it or it might turn to a demotion instead.
Cabin Person
This rank is a punishment rank,being demoted to Cabin Person will earn you a mark in the record,repeated demotions to Cabin Person will lead to being expelled.
Pirate
This rank is given to you when you join the crew,with this rank comes the ability to gun without an order. This is not accepted and will earn you a plank and if repeated,possibly a demotion/expelling.
Officer
Experience requirements: You will need to pass the officer test that is given to you,you must be able to restock and port ships correctly. You must have some trust in the crew and be easy to get along with. You're also expected to know simple game mechanics.
Fleet Officers
You must have passed the officer test with ease. You must understand the aspects of the game. You must also be trusted. You will be expected to pillage every now and then and stay active. You must also be polite to veterans and newbies alike,giving the crew a bad rumor can get you a demotion.
Senior Officer
To be promoted to Senior Officer you will need to be trusted by all of the other Senior Officers aswell as the Captain. You must be experienced in running a pillage. You must be experienced in the game itself and know how it works. You must also have spent a conciderable ammount of time in the crew.
