NOTE: We are NOT hiring crew members at the moment, but will in the near future.
We're currently building up our fleet and stalls first.
I've been told that I run my crew too strictly. Yes, in some ways, that is true. BUT... when my crewmembers are aboard your ships, we work our butts off with as little chatter as possible and we never leave a fray to TH. I would expect the same when you come aboard any of our ships.
What IS Welcomed with our crew:
- Having fun
- Pillaging Often
- Enjoy ourselves
- Taking a break from the real world.
What is NOT Welcomed with our crew:
- Flag Politics are NOT welcomed here.
- Drama is NOT welcomed here.
- Personal problems are NOT welcomed here.
- Lazers WILL be Planked after the 2nd warning.
- Suiciders WILL be Planked and Blacklisted.
- Beggars for PoE/Dubs WILL be Planked and Blacklisted.
- Requesting "Can I Gun?" repeatedly WILL get you Planked and Blacklisted Instantly.
- Trying to sell your items while aboard is NOT a good idea.
- Sell your stuff at the Inn's, not while on a pilly.
We're here to have fun, and if you can do that with us, you're more than welcome to come along! :-)

Rules
- Always ask PTB (Permission To Board) BEFORE you hop on ANY Small Vessel (Sloop, Cutter, or Dhow) in our crew UNLESS a pillage is ongoing already AND the OIC (Officer In Charge) advertises it in the Crew chat or under Voyages at the Notice Board - Then and only then, can you board without having to ask first.
- NEVER leave the vessel right before or during an actual battle UNLESS there is an actual emergency in real life. Leaving during a battle hurts everyone on board and causes us all to lose PoE. Deserters will also be Blacklisted and not allowed to job with us again.
- Be Nice. I can't stress this enough. Politeness counts. Please, NO swearing, rudeness, name calling, scamming, etc., allowed on any of our ships.
- Always follow the orders from the Captain or Officer in charge. If all Sail stations are filled and we order you to Carp, and you stink at it, please at least make the attempt. Even a rating of Fine is still better than not having anyone on the station at all. Every little bit helps.
- Please do NOT repeatedly ask "Can I gun? Can I gun? Can I gun?" - or you WILL be planked instantly. If you want to work on your Gunning skills, please take a job with the Navy, and get your skills up to Master or Grand Master there. Also, never just jump on guns without being ordered to. If we need gunners, we WILL ask before we head out.
Promotions
- Cabin person - When you join us, you're instantly a Cabin Person.
- Pirate - You'll need at least 3 Broads/2 Respected - preferably Sails, Carp & Bilge.
- Officer - Speak with the Captain. Having your own ship usually helps and you have to be a loyal crew member for at least a month.
- Fleet officer / Senior officer]] - Earning my Trust is VERY important to be able to obtain either of these positions. We don't just appoint random FO's or SO's. We have to know you pretty well before we even think about offering this position.
