Ranks and Promotions
The captain will promote you as and when she sees fit, meaning that you have worked hard to improve your piracy stats and have met the rank requirements. Owning a vessel will add to being a factor of consideration for a promotion.

Pirate
Most start here, unless your stats enable you to be ranked higher.
Officer
Having a Broad/Respected for 3 out of 4 for the following:- sail, rigging, bilge, carp or guns will get you this rank. Exceptions will be made if you do not have broad, as long as you have respected and above for sails/rigs, bilge and carp. Ownership also enables you to be classed as a "midshipman" with restrictions.
Fleet Officer
Getting Broad or Weighty/Respected and one master for your sails, bilge and carp is a must. In addition, Broad/Master guns or Bnav is required. Having these requirements does not entitle you to this rank, you must also have the trust of the captain. You are also required to show competency in running successful pillages. If you can not or will not run a pilly, do not ask for this rank.
Senior Officer
This is a rank that is only entrusted to the best having the requirements of Expert/Master for sails, rigging, carp and bilge, Broad/Master+ guns and Bnav. Trust here is a very important factor. Do not ask for this rank, it is awarded to those who have shown true dedication to this crew.
Crew Policy
Golden rule: If you have taken a ship out for a pillage, restock what was in the hold originally before you set sail. Do port the ship back at the island which you sailed from if you cannot finish your pilly ask another officer to take over NEVER abandon a ship at sea, u will lose ur rank immediately. Remember, your ship has ears and eyes. Your actions will not go unnoticed.
2: Don't ask for, beg or borrow poe. It is annoying and irritating to have people asking you all the time for it.
3: Absolutely no lazing. Work hard for your money. You laze, We plank and don't come to me crying that your not allowed on someone's pilly because you lazed the last time.
4: Respect your crew mates.
5: No spamming on a pilly.
6: No pvp on breaks.
7: If you are asked to help out on a pilly, do your best to fulfill that request. We are pirates! Not landlubbers!
Instant demotion or dismissal from the crew will result if you have broke an important rule like the golden rule the crew has. Automatic planking is the consequence for spamming and lazing about on ships. Punishments will be decided by the captain.
We are a jolly crew who loves pillages and chatting, don't take us too seriously that is until you have broken a rule. We want you! Contact the captain or the senior officers to join our great crew!
