Naval Sea Cadets is a crew on the Meridian Ocean. It was founded by Darveau and Sonjatokay after they left their previous crew, a crew of our own.

Our great experiment here is we are trying to achieve is an elite crew but without the elitist angst. So check you attitudes at the door 'cuz we are here to have fun, make friends, and earn POE. It is a game after all so have fun. Farting is not compulsory but it sure can be funny (^_^). Oh and it helps if you have a good lexicon otherwise you will emerge from this crew with one (ha ha).

Proposals or alliances will not be considered or accepted without prior contact with Darveau or Sonjatokay and a meeting with said flag's monarch regarding said proposal.
Promotion Requirements
To join the crew just ask an officer or above. We would prefer to enlist people to join the crew after we have ported on pilly but we do realize that there are circumstances. All new recruits will be assigned cabin person until after pilly. Only then will the OIC (officer in charge), SO, or Captain assign you to the appropriate rank.
- Cabin person: Forage/whisk alts and punishment.
- Pirate: Join crew.
- Officer: There are 2 routes to officer:
- Own a boat - instant officer (boat sharing not allowed EXCEPT in RL couples living together)
- Stats: At least respected in Pirate ship duties, minimum a solid respected in Guns, distinguished in Battle Navigation, and solid in Duty Navigation. Will be issues the title midshipman until you have officer training with a FO or higher.
All boat deed owners will be promoted to officer automatically but must meet all remaining requirements for FO and above.
All incoming pirates who meet or exceed the above requirements will have a MINIMUM 1 WEEK placement as officer to see how compatible they are with the crew. After said indoctrination period they will be placed in the appropriate rank as Darveau and Sonjatokay see fit. All crew promotion considerations will be made Sunday evening Eastern time.
