• Cabin person: Just ask to join the crew

• Pirate: Have 2 broads or higher

• Officer: Be distinguished and broad or higher in the three primary pirating puzzles (sailing, bilging, and carpentry). Plus be broad or higher in gunning.

• Fleet officer: Be respected and solid or higher in the three primary puzzles and know how to gun, navigate, and b-nav.

• Senior officer: This position will only be chosen by other SO's and the Captain. To achieve this position you must know the crew and be great at puzzle pirates
