Extended Public Statement
Our Stat requirements for promotion are as follows: Senior Officer: This promotion is shown by proven loyalty to our crew! There is no stat requirement but a pirate must be nominated by a Senior officer and selected by the Captain for such an honor.
Fleet Officer: Must have proven ability to work and must obtain and hold Renowned or above in five piracy skills.
Officer: Must have proven ability to work and must obtain and hold master or above in five piracy skills.
Pirate: Must show effort while puzzling and must obtain and hold Solid/Distinguished in piracy puzzles. This promotion is not given away freely. You must be nominated by an officer or above and or selected by the Captain.
Cabin Person: Though entering the crew at the bottom level, this is a great chance to prove yourself.
This crew relies heavily on promotion through recognition of effort. If you love to puzzle hard and get excited to watch your stats rise then why not become a Misfit Pirate.
