Mischief Managed is a crew on the Emerald Ocean. We are part of the flag Bad Wolf, and are not looking to change. We founded ourselves on the Emerald Ocean, 2012.
History
We haven't got much history yet, we really are living it, breathing it and making it as we go along. We haven't taken part in a blockade yet, and noticeable events are few and far between - we intend to remedy this when we aren't so occupied with RL events.

Welcome to Mischief Managed, a relatively new crew based on Aimuari Island! We are currently looking for new people to join us, as we go for setting up. We will assign you a rank based on some simple criteria: - -=- - Cabin Person: You'll only get this on your alts in the crew, or if you ask for the rank. You'll get paid a bit less, but you won't have to scrounge up 1,800 Pieces of Eight a month for a little badge. - -=- - Pirate: We will propose this when you join, although we do run a Democratic crew, so it'll need to go through a vote first. - -=- - Officer: To become an Officer with us, you'll need your own vessel, and at least Broad experience or Respected standing in the bilge, carpentry, sailing or rigging, and gunning stations, to prove your ability in these puzzles. You also need to prove you are capable of being a role model to other aspiring Officers, and show you are trustworthy. - -=- - Fleet Officer: This is a compromise of statistics and trust. We will offer you the Fleet Officer rank if we feel you are very trustworthy and show you are capable of running a successful pilly. We also would like you to still have your ship and at least two Respected rankings and Proficients in the majority of other duty puzzles. - -=- - Senior Officer: This will be a very selective rank, one which will only be offered to the most able, trustworthy and loyal crew members that join us. To put it another way, working your way up is the only way you are likely to get this rank, and if you remain with us for some time and show your commitment to the crew. - -=- - Captain: This rank is unique, and won't be changing hands at all, if we can help it! Should the opportunity arise, it will be the current Captain's personal choice from among the ranks of his or her most trusted Senior Officers. - -=- - Thank you for reading our statement, and we hope you choose to come along for the ride!
