Millionare is the captain of Milli's Imperial Fleet and king of Milli's Imperial Flag. He's a kind captain and is lenient on the crew as long as they stick with a station while on a pillage. He is the boyfriend to Beautyofhope.
He loves to try on clothes at OldGoat's Tailoring Stall. Some say that is his home away from home. He loves to meet people and to talk with new people. Though he is not a greeter, he does help out greenies.
