This crew is Dedicated to Growth and Strength and as such will not be handing out Promotions unless they are earned. We welcome all new comers and will always find a spot for you and we will help you achieve whatever goals you may have. The foremost thing we will ask from you is dedication to the crew and to participate in as many events as you possibly can.

Promotion Requirements
- Cabin Person: Just ask any Officer to join us!
- Pirate: At least Solids in 3 Pirating Skills.
- Fleet Officer: All requirements for Officer, plus B-Nav and at least two Masters and three Distinguished. Must also gain the trust of the Captain and Senior Officers.
- Senior Officer: All requirements of Fleet Officer, and proven ability to be a leader both on ships and off. Must also show to truly have the Crew's best interests at heart.
