Midlife Crisis was founded (on Viridian) on October 8th, 2007 by beloved captain Onyxgem, and is a crew built for friends and fun!
Public Statement
This is part of my midlife crisis. If you are having yours, or anticipating it, or just want to make friends with those smack in the middle of it, please join our crew.
Rules
- No swearing or inappropriate subject matter on public chat.
- If you sail a ship, you must restock or you could be subject to demotion.
- Be kind to your fellow players. Kindness begets kindness. You can't buy loyalty, you have to earn it.
- I will train you if you are willing to work hard.
Promotions
PIRATE--Must have a yellow name
OFFICER--Broad and above in carpenting, sailing, gunning, bilging, and navigating. Must be able to buy an officer's badge. Without a badge, you can't be trained. Must be willing to run a pillage once a week and try to recruit.
FLEET OFFICER-- Own your own ship, and demonstrate trustworthiness. Must be willing to pillage at least 2x a week and try to recruit. Also helps train new officers.
SENIOR OFFICER--I hand select these from among those I most trust. Must be willing to take on additional responsibility, pillage 3x a week and try to recruit. Also helps train new officers.
