Promotions
- Pirate: Auto.
- Officer: Auto if you own a ship or have 3 broads, or 2 solids, or 1 broad and 1 master.
- Fleet officer: You must have earned trust of the captain and all the SOs.
- Senior officer: Captain chooses, and they must have earned the trust of the captain and their first mate (and a few exceptions may be made).
- Captain: Only if you kill the captain and take the spot from their cold undead body.
