Insurgence is a flag on the Emerald Ocean.
History
It was originally founded on the Hunter Ocean on 22 April 2006 as the flag Vicious by Antix and Jacktheblack. The flag was renamed Insurgence upon Antix's return to Emerald.
The monarchy has since been handed to Redshorts.
