Rank Requirements
- Cabin person - Anyone, just join
- Pirate - Some broads or similar, reasonable standing in duty puzzles, at least 2 to 3 days in crew
- Officer - Standing and experience well above an average pirate, skill in nav and bnav, at least one week in crew. A ship might help, but is not required.
- Fleet Officer - Trust, status well above average officer, experienced in running pillages, at least about a month in the crew, a ship. Two or more ships may help, but only one ship is required. Expected to act responsible.
- Senior Officer - Trust, loyalty, standings and experience well above average Fleet Officer, good leadership skills, ready to run pillages often, at least two to three months in the crew, two or more ships.
- Captain - There is only one simple requirement for this rank: Your name must be 'Know'. =P
Note: Regardless of the requirements above, you might be promoted even if you don't fill them all. A good attitude, willingness to help, and loyalty can get you further than standings sometimes. ;)
