with 3 dist you get officer. (u can only sail ur own ships or unlocked crew s sloops)
with 4/5 dist you get fleet officer. (Permision to sail all ships till WF)
we know u want to become a senior officer and maybe titled too but that is only 4 active, loyal, half elite(or at last a funny greeni) and sence of humour with the order of the captain ,and minimum of 6 dest and some broads you get senior officer. PS:The last condition the moust important (bu funny)
