Welcome to HOE
We are currently looking to recruit crews into our new flag. Please send a tell to any royal member for more info. Captains of crews that join will be awarded royal positions based on level of activity (we need active votes), crew size and of course trust. All captains will be made a titled member upon joining. When/if the captain is made royal they will be allowed to have one member be made titled. Other titled positions will be based on trust/flag loyality and the size of their crew. The bigger your crew the more titled members you get.
