Hegarty roams Viridian in search of booty and boots. He started as a cabin person in Devon War Frog before becoming a pirate. He then joined Wild And Free upon the disbandment of Devon War Frog. He became officer for dutchmen's revenge before getting expelled for an accidental self-promotion. He then joined Socialist Punks as an officer, and Legionnaires Brother as a fleet officer. He is currently a senior officer of The Viscious Pirates. He lives in his cabin on Sakejima Island, Viridian, with his roomie Gabbana.
