Goofty is a senior officer and drunk of the crew Ocean Navy. He sails the Cobalt Ocean.
He joined the Cobalt Ocean to first see how the Puzzle Pirates life was. After leaving his first crew, he joined and left dozens of crews, looking to fullfil his desire for fun. After about a year on Cobalt, he migrated to Midnight, where he became rich, and very noticed. After about a year of playing as 2 pirates, he decided to just be on Cobalt, though he still visits Midnight every once in a while.
