Global Purse

The Global Purse allows a pirate to carry all of their PoE with them. It also keeps their on-hands PoE safe when they're on a vessel.
Historical notes
- Before the release of the Global Purse, pirates had to put PoE into banks or bury it whenever they whisked off an island or transport their PoE via ship. Furthermore, pirates had to check where their PoE was by looking at their money report, and their on-hand PoE was in danger when travelling by sea.
- The Global Purse was actually in the game for most of the Alpha testing period. Money whisking was removed near the end of Alpha, in Alpha release 2003-06-30.
