Flatback Rift is a large island located in the Darkling Seas Archipelago. There are three known routes from the island: Nevermore Island, Night Harbour, and Whisper Island.
Natural resources
This island spawns tellurium, wood, and iris root.

There are no buildings on Flatback Rift.
History
Flatback Rift is an uninhabitable island.
The island is a modified version of Descartes Isle, meant to represent the Sage Ocean.
In the northwestern corner of the island, next to a swamp, a crate has an inscription reading: "This island were fashioned by Mnemosyne and Orsino."
