Dutch Meetup 2012

The Details
The Dutch meetup is held in The Netherlands, and has been attended by pirates from all over the globe in the 5 years it has been held. On this page you'll find everything you'll need to know about this year's meetup. Discussion about the dates and location can be found on the pre-planning meetup thread.
Location
This year we're going to pillage a new port near Venlo at camping "Aan de Linde", we will be staying at the "Vrijbuiter". It's very spacious and we've got bunks and tent space available!
Also, 2 humpolines! Yeeaaah!

For ways to get to the closest trainstation "Horst-Sevenum", check http://www.ns.nl
This website is available in English, and here you can your journey by train. If you can't work it out by yourself, please contact one of the Evil Planners to help you out.
From the trainstation you can take Bus 65 to “Turfhoeve, Sevenum”. This bus leaves at ..:35 (yes, only once an hour). In the evening (after 18:30) and during the weekend ye need to call the bus an hour before you want to take it, otherwise it might not come. (The number is: 0900-0699)
From the bus stop "Turfhoeve" it is a 2km walk. If you want one of us to meet you at the busstop and walk with you, just call the piratephone! However, it is pretty easy to find the way yourself. Here's a linky with the route http://tinyurl.com/bnl5adb

Dates
The meetup is from 10th - 13th August. You are welcome from 15:00 on Friday till Monday around 14:00. It's awesomest if you come play the whole weekend, but you're free to drop by for a day if you'd like. Ask us for the options.
Cost
For the past three years, there has been a 50 euro deposit, and another 50 euros paid at the meetup. The exact final cost is calculated near the end of the meetup, and any money left over is divided and returned to each attendee. We do not anticipate the total cost to be more than 100 euros. Our total cost from previous years:
- 2009: 85 euros, 15 returned
- 2010: ~80 euros, 20 returned
Results from the past are no guarantee for the future.
Payment
We normally just require the 50 euro deposit to be paid to confirm your place at the meetup, and you bring 50 euros with you. The most common method of payment is via banktransfer, but we may also be able to accept PayPal! Payment info is sent to your email address, which you can give us by filling in the registration form.
Refunds
The reason we ask for a deposit is so we can plan our meetup spending ahead of time, reserve our accommodation and to help us know how many people will be attending. If you have paid the deposit and then realize you cannot attend, we will try to refund you the deposit, but we cannot guarantee it. Be especially careful if you're paying a deposit for someone else - make sure they can pay you the deposit even if they end up not attending.
What You Will Have to Bring
1) A sleeping bag AND sheet and pillow
2) A tent if you prefer one (and everything that goes with it, like your own (air)matress)
3) Raffle items are optional, but very much appreciated.
4) A Pirate outfit as we'll be dressing up on Saturday!

We have a registration form, which is super easy to fill out and helps us to work out how many people we're likely to have attend - as well as making sure we can accommodate any requirements you may have, from special diets to your favourite tipples.
