Dumbledore's Armada is a crew that sails the Viridian Ocean. The crew currently is dormant.

History

Dumbledore's Armada was formed in the winter of 2007 with one mission: to carry on the legacy of the Dread Pirate Dumbledore. Previously, the group had fought on the seas under a variety of names.

The crew is an informal band of free-spirited pirates: each man or woman may be a Captain of his or her own ship and sail independently from the movements of the fleet. Nonetheless, when the need arises, they once again join forces to defeat those who would threaten their existence or the lives of their loved ones.

Traditionally, the crew has consisted of groups of friends, friends of friends, and lovers. There are currently at least five couples in the fleet, including at least one married couple.

Crew Articles

  1. All free men and women aboard a ship of Dumbledore's Armada are expected to fight without fear.
  2. The "Captain" is the Officer in Charge (OiC) of the vessel. This may or may not be the owner of the ship, but the leadership role will be made clear at the beginning of each voyage.
  3. We are a team, and we fight as one! In melee, always team with your mates. Alone, we may be defeated, but together, we are unstoppable!
  4. Lazing is not permitted unless specified by the ship's Captain.
  5. If you must leave the vessel early, please wait until after a melee, or leave between battles. Leaving as the sea battle begins will result in severely docked pay.
  6. Do not request to be made a member of the crew: membership is by invitation only!
  7. Most importantly, have fun on our ships! Cheer, laugh, joke, chat, and fight alongside us, elbow to elbow. The ocean is ours for the taking!
