Devil's Heart is an outpost island located in the Darkling Seas Archipelago. There are four known routes from the island: Moonlight Cove, Night Harbour, Point Petrify, and an inter-archipelago route to Magpie Island in the Ye Bloody Bounding Main Archipelago.

Devil's Heart is an uninhabitable island.

On the northwest corner of the island, there is a rowboat with an inscription that reads: "This island were fashioned by Dexla."
