History of Desert Sands
Desert Sands was founded on 16 March, 2007 by the Captain Kokopuff.
Public Statement
The crew has battled many ships, winning some and losing some. The crew has battled imperials and ships bigger than its size. But the hardest battle faced was accepting the loss of many of its crew members. It is not a problem, but something to be proud of. The Senior Officers moving on to create their own crews. Being responsible, trustworthy , and forgiving. Using all what kokopuff has taught them. The good and the bad. Soon, Kokopuff's Senior Officers will be the teachers of kokopuff. Teaching kokopuff all what they know. Giving back what they were given. Thats the hardest battle to face.
To join this crew, you must be sure that you aren't joining because of all the ships that are pillaging and all the money you can get from the crew. Make sure you know why you want to join. Make sure its a good reason.

Rules are what you should do and should not do. Sometimes they are common sense. Generally repsect and obedience is most important.

- Respect and obey higher ranks. In pillages respect OIC
- Do not ignore or show attitude to anyone in the crew.

Promotion Requirements
You start at pirate and work yer way up. I believe this works best because the crew mates get more trust in you. That way we are all one team.
ALL MEMBERS MUST HAVE THE APPROPRIATE BADGE FOR THEIR RANK!
- Pirate: This rank is important for gunning and basic duties. You should be able to do Bilging, Gunning, Sailing, and Carpentry. You start as pirate.
- Officer: This rank is important for pillages and ranking.You will need to know how to start and end a pillage. You will need trust from all SOs and Captain. You should know how to Battle Navigate and Navigate and do the basic duties. You will need 3 solids in piracy skills.
- Fleet Officer: This rank is important for starting pillages and recruiting and ranking members of the crew. You should be able to do all duties by now and should know how to start and end a pillage. You will need trust from all SOs and Captain. You will need 4 solids in piracy skills.
- Senior Officer: This rank , I like to call Back-Ups. They are basically back-ups of the captain. They should vote on issues,help crew members, and start pillages with crew members. They will need trust from all officers and above. They should know how to do all duties almost perfectly. You need 5 solids in piracy skills.
