Public statement
A Ship in the Harbour is Safe, But That is not what Ships are built for......We are a wonderful and steadily growing crew on the Sage Ocean that believes in friendships, fun, puzzle skills and above all else honesty and loyalty. We are here to have fun and make friends, come join us. :)

We are a Great Crew for pirates who love building friendships & Comradery, Pillying, Playing Puzzles and Having Fun.

Basic rules
- Don't beg to be promoted, you will be given your rank when you join.
- Lying, swearing, or stealing will not be tolerated and instant grounds for dismissal.
- Loyalty earns respect and movement through the crew.
- RESPECT - Show respect to all members of your crew and the pirate community regardless of rank. Any disrespect will lead to demotion and/or expulsion...
Some ships are left unlocked, if you use these ships please restock to what the owner requires. All unlocked ships will be checked and any that have had stock removed or poe taken without a reasonable explanation is grounds for dismissal.
If you are able bnav do NOT take any ships larger than a Dhow and do not PVP unless you are master or above.
Don't leave a crew pilly in the middle of battle, wait til after battle. If Real Life calls and cannot be avoided, let your CO know. If you are CO and you leave pilly without excuse you will be demoted... Don't start a pilly if you are unable to finish it... it is quite annoying having to take over.
If You see a Ship at Sea, It is common Courtesy to ask PTB (Permission To Board). We don't want you to feel unwelcome by being Planked for not asking first!!!
Promotion requirements
Upon joining you will be ranked Pirate.
Stats for:
Officer: Broad in all of the main duty puzzles being Bilge, Sailing, Rigging, Carp and Gunning and Distinguished in three of the five.
Fleet officer: Trust is MOST important before all stats. Time in crew will also be used to judge your promotion to this level. Broad/distinguished at the very least in most of the duty puzzles, Distinguished Bnav. Show honesty and integrity and leadership.
Senior officer: Have the minimum stats stated at F/O and earn captain's trust. And be willing to give your time, treasures and talents to the crew.
