Public Statement

If this be ye new crew beware the Dark Lords, are you dark enough? Contact 'The crew' if ye want to join. (We are really quite friendly).

If members in the crew could recruit 1 person a day that will be a big help to get the crew established and strong.

We do not tolerate swearing in the crew and if you continue to do so you will be demoted and can end up in getting expelled from the crew. The members of the crew must be respectful of others. Members of the crew must respect the captain of their ship and must not disobey the orders of the ships captain. Members of the crew taking out ships are not allowed to leave the ship abandoned at sea or on an uninhabited island. Crew members must listen to SO's and can not order S.O.'s around.

When you join Dark lords, you must be a pirate for 4 days and have earned the captains respect and trust to be promoted to officer. Some exceptions can be made to this rule if the captain feels they are warranted.

To be promoted to SO the Captain must feel you have sufficient stats, leadership skills or both. Also if you own a ship and show good leadership skills promotion to SO is possible. SO's are responsible for overseeing the crew when Drexerr and Gingertipsy are not on. They must help the crew members if they are in trouble or need.

To be promoted to FO you need to have earned the trust of your captain, first mate or senior officers. You must show good experience levels and decent stats. This is a position of responsibility as you can take out the crew ship as its captain, so use it well.
