- Pirate- Just Ask! (Say hi in crew chat)
- Officer- Know how to pillage, which means Broad BNav
- Fleet Officer-Have a Ship and Broad Bnav, although if you pillage often on unlocked ships you can be a FO aswell^^
- Senior Officer-Show good crew management, good inituative, help other members and meet requierments below!
