Biography
Councilman is a pirate who made his way on to the Viridian Ocean in 2008. His 1st crew was the famed Squid Squad, but then he switched to The Devils Wrath. When his hearty and captain Lukydude made the new flag, The Three Roaring Lions, Councilman was quickly made royalty and took the title of prince. After Lukydude went dormant, the crew elected Councilman to Captain in The Devils Wrath.
Councilman went through a brief period of inactivity before a reappearance in mid 2009, when he was awarded the 1st Order of the Jolly Roger and joined the crew Angels of Death. After a little while, Councilman was recognized with the rank of fleet officer. Later that year, he was asked by his hearty Pellew to assist in forming a new crew, Darkness Rising. Since Councilman had the right skills, he had the responsibility to make the crew, although the deed to the ship and a few doubloons came from Gallard. Councilman formed the crew, then invited Gallard who became captain, so Councilman took the rank of senior officer. Later that day, after their first pillage, Darkness Rising joined the flag called The Ocean Royals. The flag king bestowed royalty on Councilman and he once again took the title of Prince. He plans to stay with this crew and assist in making it a very successful one.
