Corellian Smugglers was created by Karnisov on the Viridian Ocean in July 2008. It initially used a stat-point system for promotion, higher stats were required for higher ranks. It was allowed to go inactive near the end of 2008 due to difficulties finding mature and reliable recruits. It was made active again in March 2010, this time using a simpler master+ system for promotion and a "by special invitation only" recruiting policy.

Private Crew. Membership is by invitation only.
Promotion Requirements
- Pirate: No requirements.
- Officer: 1 master+ piracy skill (not including treasure haul) and distinguished+ bnav.
- Fleet officer: 2 master+ piracy skills, respected+ bnav, recruit several active members during open periods, participate in crew activities, and the captain must know you well.
- Senior officer: All of the above and good people skills.
