Pirate must have narrow or above in three piracy skills.

Officers must have three masters in piracy skill (sailing, carpentry, bilging, gunning, dnaving, bnaving), ship and badge and a willingness to go out and bnav. If you do not plan on leading pillages and have not gone through officer training DO NOT ask to be officer. There are no vanity titles given out.
