Carlisle is a pirate of the crew DEVIL'S DANDRUFF. He sails the Viridian Ocean. He is a chief petty officer in the Sakejima Island Navy.
Biography
Carlisle has gone through a rough piratey career. He was having a difficult time finding a crew that suited him, and thus had changed crews no less than twelve times. He was finally able to settle in with his Voyagers of the Sea. He switched over to Dawn of a New World on February 14, 2008, and stayed with this crew for a nearly six months - a personal best - before moving to DEVIL'S DANDRUFF on August 10, 2008.
Carlisle leads an active social life, but is currently looking for a girlfriend.
