Biography

Burke started his life on Puzzle Pirates on Doyle Island on the Hunter Ocean. He quickly learned how to swordfight, and won many tournaments before heading to Saiph Island, where, in an effort to earn PoE, he began his pirating conquest.

Burke started jobbing for different crews, and began getting used to pirate life. He accepted a job offer to pillage with the crew DOH, and by the end of a long pillage, lasting several hours, he had been made a pirate in that crew. However, he only remained a member of DOH for a few days, as he realised that he would not really progress with that crew.

Burke then moved to the crew Mythical Armada, and quickly became a pirate in that crew. It was there that he met Bellawere, who was the crew's captain, and who was to become Burke's long-term friend. Burke was soon promoted to officer in Mythical Armada, after proving that he could work hard at pillages. He was delighted at his promotion, and began to run pillages (although Burke was clumsy, and often recieved warnings for carelessness). Burke eventually teamed up with Zabby, who had just been promoted to pirate, and together, they pillaged until they had raised enough PoE to buy a sloop.

Burke bought a sloop called the Sluggish Angelfish, which he treasured. Because he had the deed to a ship, he could then be promoted to fleet officer in his crew, and Zabby was made officer. Within a month or so, Burke was promoted to senior officer in Mythical Armada.

Over the next month Bellawere was missing in action, and the senior officers that were healthy (Burke, Guirao and Zippit) were left to run the crew until Bellawere could make his glorious return. Over this dark period for Mythical Armada, Burke had to recruit people to keep the crew going. He also had to sell his beloved sloop at the local inn (although later that night, he won 50k in a tourney, which he was able to put towards buying a longship called the Easy Alewife).

Burke was offered the post of senior officer in the crew Last Touchdown Heroes, which was captained by his friend Elcamo. After saying his farewells to Mythical Armada, Burke joined the Last Touchdown Heroes, and began the next leg of his pirate journey with them, quickly becoming lord of their flag. However, it was not long before the crew rose up to Renowned fame, and were able to create their own flag, which is now named Fallen Heroes, with Elcamo as king, and Burke as prince.

Due to a falling out with Elcamo, Burke later left the crew in search of a new one. He went to his friend Lawlz, who was captain of The Four Musketeers crew. Burke joined as an immediate senior officer, in exchange for some of his furniture. However, soon after, he realised that he wasn't getting anywhere, he left and joined Bark, the king of Neptune's Army, and rose up through the ranks to become senior officer.

Burke's next move was selling his two ships in order to acquire a flashy ship, in which he could show off. He bought a war brig, which he was pleased with at first, but he still felt he could get more if he bargained right. Just as he thought, he later secured a deal for a xebec, which made Burke quite a respectable pirate within the Hunter Ocean.

Burke then joined the crew Oath of Destruction, of the flag Neptune's Army, who were a well known and successful flag. After weeks of being a senior officer in this crew, Burke yet again realized he would be able to progress no further with them.

Burke is currently the captain and navigator of the crew The-Alpha-Elite. He is also a lord of the flag Vexed Ronin, and a lieutenant in the Aimuari Island Navy in the Orion Archipelago.

Burke was born into the poverty of Doyle Island, and he struggled to survive under the harsh conditions he was forced to endure early in his life. He started working in a bar, but eventually he grew tired of being treated like nothing, and learned how to weild a blade. He practiced every day until he considered that he was one of the finest swordsman in the land.

Burke won many tournaments, but this could not lift him from the grasp of the Coerced Coexistence, which had killed his parents soon after he was born. He figured that he had to leave.

One of his friends, Sivari, had a job on a transport sloop, which Burke was able to sneak onto. Eventually, this ship ended up at Saiph Island, where Burke began his pirating conquest, as it was the only way for him to get money.

Burke started jobbing for different crews, and was getting used to the pirate lifestyle when he came across two different job offers; one for Mythical Armada, and the other for DOH. Burke accepted the job offer for DOH. He went on a pillage which lasted several hours, and by the end of it, he was ranked pirate in the crew. Burke spent the next couple of days participating in pillages with DOH, until he realised that he wouldn't really progress with the crew, so he left in search of a new one.

Burke was then offered a jobbing duty by Guirao, who at that time was a fleet officer in the Mythical Armada. Burke accepted the offer, and before he knew it, he was ranked as a pirate again.

Burke then met his (now long-term) friend Bellawere, who was the crew's captain. He asked for a promotion, but Bellawere refused, sending him away to continue his pillages. Burke was determined to prove that he was worthy of the officer rank. After a week, Bellawere entered his ship with Burke and promoted him, announcing that it was all a test to make him work harder. Burke was delighted with his promotion, and set off to run his first pillage.

Burke was very clumsy, and often received warnings for carelessness. Eventually, he met Zabby, who had just been promoted to pirate. Together they pillaged on many different pillages until they raised enough money to afford a sloop. Burke then bought the sloop Sluggish Angelfish, which he treasured, as it was the first time he ever had something. Because he had the deed to a ship, he was then promoted to FO in the Mythical Armada, and Zabby was then promoted to officer. Over the next month or so, Burke was living life happily until Bellawere told him that they were considering him for a senior officer position. Eventually, he was accepted, which brought a sigh of relief to Burke.

Over the next month, Bellawere was missing in action, and the SOs that were healthy (Burke, Guirao and Zippit) were left to run the crew until Bellawere could make his glorious return. It was worth 28k, so he went to the Rest Inn Peace (the local inn), and a traveling merchant known as Johnjoh offered to buy it. Burke reluctantly sold it. Johnjoh was also hosting a blade tournament, and he invited Burke, who accepted. Burke traveled to Armstrong Island, took part, and won, winning 50k. Burke was ecstatic. He was on his way back to the dock, when he was ambushed by three renegade pirates apparently looking for him. Burke drew his blade and battled all three of them at once. It was a breathtaking battle, in which Burke eventually emerged victorious.

Injured and without a ship, Burke desperately searched for help. After wandering for miles, he came across a saleswoman, who was selling a longship for 72k. Burke bought it in order to get back to Aimuari Island. He eventually got back with his new ship, the Easy Alewife, but when he got back to his home, he found a note on the floor with details of a conspiracy against Bellawere and the rest of the Mythical Armada.
