Biography
Brotherrucus, also known as Unclerucus, has served under Proffesa for many years. He has been loyal to both her and the Phantom Company, recently he has became a member of the Phantom Company Lower Council. Rucus does not really possess and piracy skills, and has not got many achivements, but he is loyal and will go out of his way to help the best interest of his crew and friends.
