Bluetoes is an senior officer of the crew Duplo.
History
Bluetoes was captain and co-founder of the crew Duplo and founder of the flags Choking Hazard and Fish Heads. He was king of Choking Hazard from its inception until February 2006 when Nowie became monarch. He was king of Fish Heads from its inception in May 2006 until June 2006, at which point Fish Heads was given away. He is again heading Choking Hazard.
