Promotion Requirements
Cabin Person: Just ask always want new members.
Pirate: 1 broad.
Officer: 2 broads, 1 solid, go through training course or show me you skills in Battle Navigation.
Fleet Officer: 2 braods, 3 solids, must be trusted by the captain and 2 SO's .
Senior Officer: Must have 1 weighty, be trusted by the captain and 3 SO's, and be an excellent Battle Navver.
Captain: Don't even ask unless I leave then I'll leave a senior officer in charge of that.
