Public Statement
Ahoy and Welcome! We are the flag: The Black Mark! Davy Jones, Albert Einstien, Francis Drake; All of them are legends, legends of The Mark!, Join us and rule the seas high and low. You all heard of the Kraken? Incredible legend, it is, but all legends have a bit of truth. Kraken was an unbeatable beast, until it met The Mark!
Rules:
- If you only join this flag to be royalty or titled, and dont care about the flag, then please take your business elsewhere.
-Royals are required to vote on issues at least twice a week. Failure to do so will result in demotion or expulsion.
- You need to be willing to help the flag in any prospect possible.
- While at sea make sure to not have a PVP battle with any allied flags or any crews in the flag; but if both crews are for the PVP battle have at it, in the beginning of the battle a officer on board should ask the OIC if they want to disengage or follow through with the battle. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK WITH THE OTHER CREW BEFORE ENGAGING INTO BATTLE. Discouraged for the flag to participate in PVP pillaging action from within the flag. At the very least, whatever has been taken should be given back.

Royalty and Titled:
- Each crew that joins will be given 1 royalty and 2 titled.
- Exceptions may be made for larger crews in the flag
- Dormancy rule: Any royal to be inactive for 3 days should arrange a new royal for the duration of the absence. Any royal found to be inactive for 5 days will be removed and one of the titled members will become royalty. After 5 more days the new royal may pick a new titled member. Inactive titled members will be removed in ten days.

Contact any royal (if they are on) or just bug your friend or pick your nose while you wait. One thing all should remember: ONCE MARKED, MARKED FOREVER; and that dont pick your nose with glue on your hands (model airplane glue to be exact).
