Background
Part of the rather famous "Apartment Duo" of Midnight (see Stuyvesant for the other half of the Duo), Bendeall is arguably one of the better battle navigators of the Midnight Ocean. He used these skills to aid in the Cnossos Restoration Project by holding frequent fundraising pillages and purchasing many "Plant a tree" plots.
Political Stance
Bendeall and his flag, Black Sheep Brigade, have a policy of declaring war on anyone that insults them, annoys them, or looks at them funny. They disdain alliances as they tend to conflict with their ability to declare war at will.
