Remember, these are guidelines, there are exceptions... like owning a ship will make you Officer regardless of stats.
Also, Bugging for a rank will get you sent to Cabin Person.
- Pirate: Just join mate
- Officer: 2 Broads, 1 Solid, 1 Distinguished, 1 Respected and working on Bnav
- Fleet officer: 2 Solids, 1 Weighty, 2 Respected, 1 Master AND Respected Bnav
- Senior officer: Hand Picked...Don't ask
- Captain: Maybe once I'm dead
Rules
- Don't call me captain, Smeagel will do just fine
- Never abandon a ship at sea
- Never leave a ship on a uninhabited island unless it is your ship
- Don't leave the ship in the middle of a battle
- Return any ships used to the island you got them from...unless you are the owner or have their ok to leave it
- Always restock the ship after you use it
- Feel free to recruit anyone that you wish and most importantly...Have fun.
Breaking rules 2,3,4,5 or 6 will send you to the rank of cabin person.
