Pirate- Automatically when put in crew. Must have Narrow in any 1 Piracy Skill

Officer-Must Have Officer Badge. One Broad and Apprentice or over in both a Carousing Skill and Crafting Skill. May Be some exceptions.

Fleet Officer- Trust from Myself or My First Mates is most important. Must be able to run a pilly. Viewed by an SO. and Have 1 Solid In a Piracy Skill, a Broad In a Carousing Skill and a Broad in a Crafting Skill. Exceptions may happen.

Senior Officer- Only chosen by captain, does not need good skills, but DOES require my trust.
