Promotion Requirements
There is *no* automatic promotion.
- Cabin person: starting and learning rank. When we think you are ready, you will be promoted.
- Pirate: You must have a pirate badge. This, however, does not give you the right to gun without permission. Most pillages require a gunning standing of renowned or above.
- Officer: At least Broad/Respected in all the pillaging skills (excluding SF, Rumble, and Treasure Haul). Ownership of a sloop is required. We will let you know when you are ready for the rank. **Please note: having a ship does not automatically make you an officer. You must have the required stats and be in the crew a while before we will consider the promotion.**
- Fleet officer: A trustworthy position. An FO has access to the ship hold and the ship coffers. We will let you know when you are ready for the rank. Please do not beg for the position. This will only delay the decision.
- Senior officer: A prized position. My eyes and ears of the crew. Must be extremely trustworthy. Currently the position is not open.
- Captain: Over my dead body!
