A zombie hand is a trinket placed in one's inventory. Zombie hands are won by all players still alive when a player team beats a team of zombies.
Zombie hands can be held in portraits,[1] and they can be traded in for philter of putrefactions and zombie dolls at the trading post. Zombie hands do not decay and can be displayed as trinkets.

Historical notes
Zombie hands were implemented in release 2007-10-16 but not activated until October 24, 2007.
Zombie hands could not be held in portraits prior to release 2007-10-24.
