XXX Long Necks was built during the first Infierno De los Diablos period of rule, at which point it was called In Grog We Trust.

When Kirin was under the governorship of Belgica, he offered it to Azle for a special price of only 10,000 PoE. Azle was unable to get the money until Tristan took over as governor, but the offer was no longer valid. Cyndiepet later gave the deed to the bazaar to Azle for free.

Then Morte who received it from Azle who had to leave for some time. Now however it is back in the hands of Cyndiepet.
