We are in general a pleasant crew. Our Fleet Officers and Senior Officers are all pleasant, trustworthy and good people, and we are growing at a descent pace. This is by far the best crew I've ever been in, and it gets better for each day. It is in fact the best crew to in if you care about who you sail with, and not what it says next to your name!
Promotional Guidelines
DON'T beg for rank or money! We are very organized and we have no dormant members!
NO ONE, even kings, can jump straight into rank higher than Officer! We have been robbed too many times, so there is a 1 week probation period as Officer before even the BEST stats on the whole server is promoted beyond Officer. (This also assures that you have some very good and reliable crewmates!)
Anyone who just joins the crew is a Cabin Person. It is not used as a punishment. If you have great stats and feel stuck at Cabin person, just review this guide, and remember that we have promotion rounds each week, where we review EVERYONES stats, even yours and promote accordingly. No one is forgotten!
You need at least one Solid Skill, or if an Officer sees you performing REALLY well in a battle, he/she can Promote you. As a Pirate You you will need to buy your own Pirate Badge, in return you can gun on any of our ships without being asked, and you can actually navigate, if an Officer asks you to.
Officer:
3 Solid Skills, and At least Narrow in Navigation & Battle Navigation. Or a boat. (It sucks having a boat and not being able to sail it, and we want our members to have fun) As an Officer you will have to buy your own Officer badge in the Palace Shop. But you will be able to sail our boats, plank & hire and so on. If you use one of our open boats Read the Officers Log on the Helm to see where you should return it, and how much you should restock it with.
Fleet Officer:
Massive Skills (Or some serious Officer Training), or Boat in the Brig Class or above. You must still buy the Officer badge. Must have proven him/herself trustworthy. Must have been a member for at least a week.
Senior Officer:
Each week the council(All FO and SO who log into our forum) votes in 1 more SO.

Assignments:
Diplomat: Is the crews and flags liason to other crews/flags.
Judge: Settles in-crew fights, expelling one party when needed, negotiating a truce when possible.
Cabin Promoter: Will once a week go through the stats of all Cabin Persons, post an Issue with the names and then promote the accepted ones to Pirates.
Pirate Promoter: Will once a week go through all candidates, post an issue with the names and then promote the accepted ones to Officer.
Officer Promoter: Will once a week go through all candidates, post an issue with the names and then promote the accepted ones to Fleet Officer.
Officer Recruiter: Goes to social functions and recruits people here with high stats directly to Officer Rank.
Officer Trainer: Trains our Officers in-game.
Reward Manager: Handles council moderation with the reward votes, and is also the person common pirates talk to if they feel someone in the crew deserves a reward.
