Popillia is a flag on the Sage Ocean that was founded in the year 2009 on July 4th. Talulu of Calafia and Oneshotkill of Ultimate Pirates of Sage plotted to create a new flag very late one night. Motad, captain of Ultimate Pirates of Sage, was convinced of the potential of such a partnership and Popillia was created.

No matter what else they are, they will always be the best of friends. <3
Extended Public Statement
Popillia is a drama free flag; those wishing to create drama should look elsewhere. If, however, you are interested in SMH, CI, blockading, PVP and generally enjoy puzzling with thoughts of conquering the ocean while making good friends then this is the flag for you. We welcome crews interesting in forming a partnership with our current members.
Flag Rules
Royalty represent the flag, not an individual crew. For this reason, royalty are chosen based on loyalty, game activity, and participation.
Titled Members represent each individual crew. These titled are chosen by the captain. The amount of titled members a flag will have is based on the size of the crew.
