Public Statement
We are Piratas Maharlika (Noble Pirates).
History
On the very first day it was created, the flag Vanguard (VG) declared war on Piratas Maharlika (PM) for proposing alliance when their fame is not up to par and have no political ties yet. PM refused to return a war declaration back and asked VG to reciprocate; PM was embargoed from key islands for the duration of the declaration.
On Febuary 2007, Vanguard pulled down the war declaration after an amicable discussion in Parley.
Achievements
On the very first day it was created, the flag Vanguard declared war on Piratas Maharlika.

Policy
- PM has a policy of "War as a last resort". No war declarations will be returned unless it is after Piratas Maharlika's blockade attempt to take over an island, even then PM's policy is to be mindful of the situation.
- We don't PvP our allies and we don't allow them to PvP us.

- Piratas Maharlika will appoint royalty on a case to case basis only if the need arises.
- A maximum of 5 titled members will be given to any crew who joins Piratas Maharlika.
