Cabin person - just join
Pirate - at least 2 broads in duty puzzles
Officer - experience in all puzzles and the approval/trust of captain/superiors
Fleet Officer - at least one ship and captains trust as well as good stats
Senior Officer - must have proven loyalty to the crew and good stats too

Just Because was formed shortly after a 2 week vacation from PP due to a lack of internet (damn bills). Upon my return I found that my former crew (No Submission) had been merged by the previous Captain. A lot of the old crew weren't happy with this, so I created Just Because and we've been going well since.
Previously we were in Raving Notion as No Submission, where I became the Captain when Yohoahoy wanted a break from the game. After much talk amongst the crew we approached Good Grief and after I answered the many questions from Crazee, became members of the flag. We are now happily entrenched there and don't plan to leave anytime soon.
