A hedgehog is a type of pet. Hedgehogs can periodically be purchased at the Palace Shoppe for 75,000 Pieces of Eight and, on doubloon oceans, 75 doubloons. The main color options of umber, brown, grey, chestnut, and almond can be paired with a secondary of off-white, beige, tan, and grey. Limited Edition hedgehogs, available from mystery boxes come in various colors. Players have a chance of obtaining a gold hedgehog from a Gold box. Haunted Seas voyages may also reward a player with a Ghost hedgehog.
